For Individuals & Families

Successful on paper.
Holding it together underneath.

If you keep up on the outside but feel like you're running on willpower and self-judgment on the inside — it isn't a character flaw. It's a mismatch between how you're wired and how the systems around you were designed. That part is fixable.

For big-picture thinkers

You see the whole board. The details are where it gets heavy.

A lot of the people I work with are entrepreneurs and leaders. They're good at what they do precisely because they think at a bird's-eye level — they see the whole system at once. But that same wiring can make the ground-level details, the follow-through, and the daily admin feel like swimming upstream.

So you compensate. You push harder, you stay later, you carry it all in your head — and from the outside it looks like you have it handled. Inside, it's exhausting, and the gap between how it looks and how it feels turns into a quiet, constant self-judgment.

It's not that you're not trying hard enough. You're running on systems built for a different brain.

An unapologetically different approach

Executive-function coaching for adults who are done white-knuckling it.

Life doesn't have to feel like an endless obstacle course. And you don't just need a few more life hacks or the right paid service. Typical top-down approaches that focus only on executive-function skills — organization, time management, task initiation — miss the key point: stress cripples those innate capacities.

So we begin at the heart of the matter, with neuroregulation tools that restore access to your own creativity, insight, and energy. From that place of strength, we approach your pain points — honoring your natural patterns and real needs. We might try some life hacks along the way. We might practice skills you haven't yet mastered. Gently and realistically, we build a foundation of systems (and maybe a few un-systems) you can actually use — and we sharpen your ability to sense your needs as they shift, so you can riff as life unfolds.

Children, couples & families

When more than one life's flow comes together.

Managing one life can be a lot. When the competing needs and clashing sensitivities of two, three, or ten people come together, it gets complicated. With couples and families, I begin with each member's unique needs, then we build an ecosystem of spaces and patterns for sharing and support — overlaying commonalities into a core of strength, and carving niches that nurture individual needs.

With children I take a family-based approach. With teens and older tweens, I balance that with individual coaching — every situation is different. I founded and ran a private learning-intervention practice for neurodivergent students, and I work with the whole range: ADHD, dyslexia, sensory processing, and twice-exceptional kids.

Developing executive function, ultimately, is about building autonomy within community.
